About Us

We are a 'family' of professional planners specialising in remote programme management and planning support for all industries. Our range of services include one-off tender planning as well as a varied range of ongoing programme support for live projects. We also offer a suite of project management tools to support your programme including information dashboards, data trackers and reports.

In addition to our core team of planning professionals we have a close knit framework of service providers who form the wider PRSM family of professionals should you require additional services such as risk workshops, delay analysis and dispute resolution. All of which work on a remote basis attending meetings virtually or in person at your office location or on site if required.

We own a comprehensive suite of planning & management software including Primavera, Microsoft Projects and Asta, allowing us to provide you with the tools you need to deliver your project with minimal costs to you.

What’s more, With the use of Microsoft Teams, we can facilitate screen sharing and conference/video calls to ensure that face to face meetings can still take place all within the safety and comfort of your usual work environment.
